Didn't like anything, except friendly staff

reasonably spacious and absolutely perfect room with wifi, a tv, and a living area, and gorgeous view of the sea and pool from it. efficient check-in and fantastic service.

great amenities but distance to pool was inconvenient

The apartment was spacious for a family of four! Staff members were friendly and always willing to assist. The pool area was good, with fine views that enhanced the relaxation experience.

Pool area and facilities were excellent.

The pools were massive, and we enjoyed exploring the local dive schools, getting PADI certified and dolphin watching. We also loved the outdoor family pool. The nearby village was charming, with good restaurants and cool...  

Amazing views and relaxing vibes 🌊

The location was superb with a fine koppie view over the beach, and the atmosphere really added to the experience. We loved chilling by the pool, it was so lekker. Had some lovely sundowners and good food-definitely coming back!...  

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony offering lovely views of the sea. The kitchen had everything needed for self-catering, a big plus. Maid service was excellent, coming in three times a week. We enjoyed the adult-only pool. It provided a peaceful retreat away from families with kids. The distance to the pool area was a letdown for us. It felt far, especially when lugging around towels and equipment. We had expected proximity, but a road separated the apartments from the pool. One day the hot water supply had issues. Maintenance was quick to respond, but getting disturbed was frustrating. The rules about reserving sunbeds didn't seem enforced. Despite arriving right when the pools opened, we found sunbeds already claimed by other guests. The food prices by the pool were steep. We had to consider if the convenience outweighed the cost. The village of Luz was charming, with plenty of amenities nearby, even though the walk back from the beach was a bit uphill.

great central access to restaurants and beautiful beaches

A quick stroll to both the fine beach and several great restaurants made my weekend explorations so easy and enjoyable.

The spacious apartment seemed like a cozy nest, with lovely sea views that soothed my soul. The easy access to three beautiful pools meant I could swim without straining. Ah, tranquility at its finest!...

The apartment's location separated from the main pool area requires a trek, especially at night when paths lack lighting, which can be inconvenient for families with young children. Concerns about cleaning frequency and issues with hot water supply disrupted the stay, as they were infrequent and sometimes required maintenance's intervention. While the surrounding area offered beautiful views, it was rather hilly, posing challenges for those with mobility issues. Limited restaurant options on-site during off-peak season may disappoint those seeking a variety of dining experiences.

This hotel was a great choice for a summer holiday, offering above-average and delicious breakfast with many goodies, and being located in the heart of the vibrant area.
